Acupuncture

An acupuncture appointment includes the full compliment of Chinese medicine and can treat any condition treatable with Chinese medicine. In an hour-long session your practitioner combines acupuncture with other techniques including moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, tuina, craniosacral, nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to best meet your needs.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a hands-on, relaxing and therapeutic modality. The focus of a treatment is to release muscle tension. Treatments can be full-body or focusing on one or two problem areas. Massage is usually done with the client unclothed and securely draped with a sheet.

Reflexology

Reflexology addresses the entire body by working exclusively on the feet. By breaking up restrictions in the feet, the corresponding part of the body receives improved blood flow and comfort.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a hands-on modality involving light touch, often on the head but can be anywhere on the body. The aim is to optimize the subtle fluid movements of the bones and soft tissues of the body. Receiving craniosacral therapy is deeply relaxing. It can be a stand-alone treatment or craniosacral can be incorporated into massage or acupuncture.

Tui Na

In these cases some clothing may need to be removed to provide the practitioner direct access to the client's skin. Tui Na can be full-body with a focus on relaxation, or can focused on one or two areas of concern.

My journey to becoming a Tarot and Runes reader began with a strong interest in healing. After 20+ years of experience as a massage therapist in Minneapolis, MN as well as studying QiGong with Master Chunyi Lin, and hands-on healing with Echo Bodine (both in Minneapolis), I moved to Tucson in 2004. Not wishing to continue my massage therapy practice I began studying Tarot and Runes. It wasn’t long before I began participating in three local Psychic fairs and opened my own studio for doing readings and energy healing.
